Boy and dog wake up together every morning, have an adorable routine that will melt your heart

The bond that we share with our pets is indescribable. For many of us, they become part of the family and we start to treat them as one of our very own. When it comes to children, the bond becomes even more special as they move through life alongside one another – developing, growing, and learning together.

This adorable video of a little boy and the family dog has been doing the rounds on social media recently and we can certainly see why.

The video shows the boy and his dog going about their morning routine together.

Sleeping side-by-side in their super chic onesies, they wake up and roll out of bed together.

Before heading downstairs to make their morning coffees and enjoying them together.

Throughout the video, it is noticeable that this little boy adores his dog. He’s constantly glancing across at him and clearly enjoying the theatrics of the video making. The dog shows an incredible amount of restraint and natural talent as he conquers feats like sitting at a table and standing on his hind legs at the counter for extended periods of time.

Together, we think they make the perfect best friends.

Muslim Teen Asks Dad If She Could Remove Her Hijab, And His Response Is Brilliant

17-year-old Lamyaa from Pennsylvania was recently engaged in a group chat with friends. When everybody started discussing Donald Trump, Lamyaa, who is an Arab Muslim Woman, contributed to the discussion with her own strong views about the president. Realizing that she was a Muslim, a mutual friend in the group chat, whom she didn’t know, responded to her comments in the only way that idiots know how.

“Stop defending Islam Bitch shut up you couldn’t take that scarf off or your dad would beat your ass,” they wrote, prompting the best response ever from Lamyaa. Because instead of letting the insult slide, or responding to the stranger in a similarly brainless manner, she decided to ask her dad, who lives in Saudi Arabia, if it was ok for her to remove her hijab. What did he say? See for yourself below. She shared his answer on Twitter and it’s since gone viral with over 320k likes 147k shares.

Other people had different views however

And so Lamyaa decided to clarify things a little

Under-Dogs: I Photograph Dogs From Underneath

I am presenting the Under-dogs project.

Under-cats, Under-rabbits and Under-horse projects are the projects that had been published before. Pets photographed from the underneath on a black background somehow have become my signature artwork.

This time it is dog lovers’ turn! The actual project was photographed a year ago. However, we were patiently waiting until now as we wanted to present the results along with the publication of Under-dogs book.

This project is most comparable with the Under-Cats. Cats were very cute but dogs are more playful. Dogs are more obedient which helps us to create more interesting shots. While some dogs were playful on the ground they have completely changed on the glass and stood still like a rock. Others weren’t afraid of standing above which was easy and fun to work with. I learned two main things from these photo shoots. First, cats think they are gods, since people feed, love and give them homes. Secondly, dogs see human as a god as they feed, love and give them homes. Probably you had to read that twice.

For the Under-dogs project I have designed a specially manufactured glass table in order to photograph bigger dogs. After capturing Under-dogs, I decided to go full-time on the following projects of Underlook. In our future plans – Tigers.

Today I am also presenting a release of my second book with dogs. Books can be bought on Amazon and it is shipped worldwide. You can also see a backstage video on my Youtube channel.

Quokkas Are The Happiest Animals In The World

You might not have heard of the quokka before, but there’s a good chance you’ve seen pictures of them floating around the internet. They’re distinctive because of their cheeky little grins, and it’s no surprise that they’re often referred to as the happiest animals in the world.

Quokkas come from the same family as the kangaroo (called Macropodidae) and they live on a handful of small Australian islands such as Rottnest Island and Bald Island. They can live for up to ten years, and just like other Macropods, the quokka is herbivorous and mainly nocturnal. Unlike many other animals however, the quokka, which has a “vulnerable” conservation status, isn’t very scared of humans.

They don’t seem to be scared of selfies either, and there was even a craze a few years ago that saw people taking pictures with the smiling little animals. It might seem like a fun thing to do, but remember that anybody caught handling or feeding them can be issued with a fine of up to A$300. It’s probably best to just leave them alone and enjoy this list compiled by Bored Panda instead. And no, before you ask, you cannot keep quokkas as pets!

This Photographer Photographs Farm Animal Like No One Else

Photographer Rob MacInnis gathers barnyard animals that we selected for consumption and production, and turns them into majestic portrait subjects.

Everything started when Rob came back from a long journey through South America. Taking photos in places that suffered from extreme poverty made him rethink photography’s role in his life and society: “I had a tough time dealing with my relationship to photography after this trip,” Rob told Bored Panda. “I felt it irresponsible to ignore the exploitative aspects of photography, especially when making artwork in such a privileged position. I found that photographing animals enabled me to critique both myself and the photographic field.”

MacInnis said that working with animals wasn’t very different from working with people. “You’re invading their space so need to set some boundaries and develop trust,” he said. “At times this is easy and other times impossible.”

“I met a great deal of patient, helpful and trusting farmers and we did what we could with what we had. What I did have was a decent amount of time which was quite necessary. Sometimes just to get the right head shot I would have to wait for an hour just for animals to calm and begin to trust me.”

Boy With A Rare Skin Disorder Hates His Looks, Until He Meets His Dog Twin

Carter Blanchard is an 8-year-old boy with a skin condition known as vitiligo. He hated the way he looked until he met a special friend with the same condition as his. “His face was transforming very quickly,” said his mother, Arkansas-based Stephanie Adcock. “The first thing he’d tell me when he got in the car is that he hated his face and hated the way he looked.” It seemed it would take a miracle to teach the boy how to appreciate his unique appearance.

They’re prayers were answered in the form of a 13-year-old purebred black Lab named Rowdy. The doggie was diagnosed with vitiligo the same year as Carter. His white patches made him Internet famous, and that’s how Carter’s mother discovered him. “I read that Rowdy had vitiligo, and I was blown away… When I showed Carter, he was so excited to see a dog that was famous for his vitiligo.”

Then, the boy and the dog met, and it was magical. The mother says that since meeting Rowdy and developing an unexpected friendship, Carter has been way more confident and has learned to embrace his uniqueness.

“Rowdy making children and adults embrace their diversity is beyond rewarding. I am in awe of what we have be able to accomplish with his condition,” Rowdy’s owner Niki Umbenhower told Bored Panda.

Adorable Character Illustrations By Tiago Hoisel

Some artists have humor, some have talent, but few have the ability to combine them as well as you’ll see in these illustrations by Tiago Hoisel. The graphic designer and illustrator has risen from a small town in Salvador to the owner of his own graphics studio in São Paulo. His art, as quirky and offbeat as it may be, is often inspired by the everyday situations Tiago finds himself in. To create his illustrations, he uses Photoshop CS3 (mostly using the brushes) with an Intuos III Tablet. There’s no telling what situations will be popping up in Tiago’s life next, and which of those will find its way into one of his funny illustrations.
